"Quick help, even though the order issue was annoying"
I had an issue with my order, and it was annoying because dealing with order problems is always annoying. But support got back to me quick, sorted it out, and didn’t make the whole thing harder than it needed to be. I was frustrated at first, and yeah, the order issue itself was a pain, but the customer service was actually good

It looks really nice at first, and I liked the style, but after using it for a while the comfort just started to bug me. Not terrible, just... I expected it to feel better for longer

The bags looks really nice and I was interested, but using the site on my phone was a bit of a pain. The filters feels kind of limited, some pages loaded slow, and checkout kept sending me back to fix things without really telling me what was wrong. The products seem solid, but the website definitely need some work

The bag feels really sturdy, and the stitching looks neat overall! A few of the edges were a little uneven though, which I noticed right away. It’s not bad... I just expected it to look a bit cleaner for the price.

I’ve been using my bag from sfbags.com pretty much every day, it still looks really good. The stitching hasn’t come loose, the zipper still feels sturdy, and the material hasn’t gotten all worn out like a lot of other bags I’ve owned. My only complaint is the price, it’s definitely not cheap. Like, really not cheap. I kept thinking about how expensive it was when I bought it, and I still kind of think about it now. But to be fair, it does feel like something that’s going to last a long time, so at least the quality is there.

"For the price, I expected the packaging..."
For the price, I expected the packaging to feel a bit nicer. The bag showed up in a plain box with barely any presentation, which made the whole unboxing feel kind of cheap — not exactly the vibe I was hoping for. To be fair, nothing was damaged, so that’s good, but still... opening it was definitely a letdown.

I ran into an issue with the bag after just normal use, for what it costs, I expected the warranty support to be much better. It took a long time to get a response, and when they finally replied, they basically said they couldn’t help. Disappointing overall

"Nice bag overall, but a little underwhelming"
I was excited when the bag showed up because it does look good in person and the material feels decent. I’ve been using it for a bit and it’s definitely not a bad bag, especially if you’re just looking for something simple. That said, after poking around the options, I realized there really isn’t much you can customize. For the price, I kind of thought there would be more choices for colors, pockets, or little details to make it feel more personal. So yeah, it’s nice enough, but if customization is a big reason you’re buying it, you might be a little disappointed.

"The website was a letdown"
As someone who does most of my shopping online, this site drove me a little crazy. The filters barely worked, so finding what I wanted took way longer than it should have, and then checkout kept freezing on me. I’m used to smooth online shopping, so this felt really frustrating

I got a laptop sleeve from WaterField and it came exactly the way I chose it. The size was right, the color was right, and everything that was supposed to be in there was there. I was a little unsure because of the whole measuring thing, and you know how that can go, but it ended up being totally fine. Nothing complicated, no weird issues, just a straightforward order that worked out.

"Nice bags, but the colors keep disappearing"
I was trying to grab a sleeve, but of course the color I actually liked was sold out again. The bags seem good, no complaints there, but I’m starting to wonder if they’re hiding the best colors in some secret back room or only releasing three at a time to mess with us.

"Nice material, but the organization didn’t really work for me"
I ordered from WaterField because I was hoping it would make my everyday carry feel a little more organized. The bag itself feels well made and the material is nice, but the inside setup is kind of frustrating. There aren’t enough small pockets, and the ones that are there feel like they’re in weird spots. My charger, pens, and keys still end up all jumbled at the bottom, so it doesn’t really fix the problem I bought it for. Shipping was fine, but for the price, I expected it to be better for daily use.

"Fast shipping, but felt a bit left in the dark"
I ordered a bag and it actually showed up quickly, maybe in about 3 days. The tracking worked fine, so that part was good, but the updates weren’t very clear and I kind of felt ignored while waiting to know what was going on. Overall I’m happy it arrived fast, I just wish the communication had been better

"Ordering internationally was way more hassle than it was worth"
I ordered from overseas and regretted it quickly. I ended up getting hit with extra fees I wasn’t really expecting, the shipping took forever, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. When I looked into returning it, the cost was so high it didn’t even make sense to send it back. The whole experience kind of gave me the feeling they’re more focused on making money than making things easy for customers. I won’t be ordering again...

"Easy checkout with one tiny slowdown"
Checkout on sfbags.com was painless. I’m the kind of person who just looks for the obvious buttons, checks that the total makes sense, and keeps moving, and the site made that easy. The cart was clear, shipping options were right where I expected them, and my payment went through without any drama.

I’m giving it 4 stars because updating my address felt a little slow, and for a minute I had to double-check whether my promo code actually kicked in. Nothing major, just one of those small things that makes you pause. Overall, though, it was a smooth experience.
